📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment for events, including projectors, screens, sound systems, and lighting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events to ensure seamless operation.
• Work with event planners and designers to understand and meet AV requirements for various events.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that all AV equipment is in optimal working condition before and during events.
• Provide technical support and training to event staff on the use of AV equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all AV equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the AV industry.
• Document all AV setups and troubleshooting processes for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, AV Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the AV industry, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proficient in using industry-standard AV equipment and software, such as Extron, Crestron, and Barco.
• Certified in AV technology or a related field, such as Certified Audio Visual Technician (CAVT) or Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with event planning and management processes.
• Ability to travel as required for events.
