📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive tourism master plan that aligns with national and international tourism standards.
• Oversee the planning, promotion, and management of tourism products and services, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with government agencies, local communities, and the private sector to identify and address key challenges and opportunities in the tourism industry.
• Work towards creating a sustainable and inclusive tourism ecosystem in Bangka Belitung.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of tourism initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Represent the Bangka Belitung Tourism Board at national and international tourism conferences and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, tourism operators, and local communities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the tourism industry, and incorporate them into the Board's strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in tourism destination management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the tourism industry, including destination marketing, planning, and management.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Proven experience in working with government agencies, local communities, and the private sector to achieve common goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Ability to travel extensively, both locally and internationally, as needed.
