📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver high-quality training programs in accordance with industry standards and RTO policies.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
• Develop and update training materials, including manuals, workbooks, and other resources.
• Monitor and report on trainee progress and overall training program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all RTO standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees throughout the training and assessment process.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve training programs and assessment processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and assessment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE IV) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and assessment, preferably in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of RTO standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with training management systems (TMS) and learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard.
• Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques, including portfolio assessment and workplace assessments.
