📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Plan and execute sales promotions to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Develop and manage key partnerships with local businesses and influencers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless promotion execution.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Manage a team of activation and partnership specialists.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Represent Erajaya at industry events and conferences.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales promotions and partnership management.
- Proven track record of successfully executing sales promotions and managing partnerships.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using sales promotion and CRM tools such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel frequently to various locations in Bali.
