📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist head chefs and sous chefs in preparing meals for our guests
Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards, using fresh, high-quality ingredients
Work closely with our kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Learn and apply various cooking techniques and recipes
Contribute to the development of our menu and culinary offerings
Assist in the preparation of food for special events and private functions
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and guest expectations
Participate in kitchen meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new techniques

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as grills, ovens, and stovetops
Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques quickly
Passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality food
Fluency in English, as it is the primary language of communication in the kitchen
