📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data insights are integrated into decision-making processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive the evolution of our data analytics capabilities.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting the value and impact of data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, safeguarding the integrity and confidentiality of our data.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging diverse perspectives and ideas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of leading successful data-driven initiatives.
• Proven expertise in advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of data professionals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Certifications in data analytics (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Certified Data Scientist) are a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment, with a focus on driving growth and innovation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
