📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and brew a variety of coffee drinks according to customer preferences and menu specifications.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.,Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other beverages to ensure availability and freshness.,Train and supervise junior baristas to ensure consistent quality and service standards.,Assist in the preparation of pastries and other food items served in the café.,Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders, processing payments, and handling customer complaints.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve the quality of coffee served.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the café.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
