🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong background in production management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing manufacturing operations.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
