As a General Ledger & Consolidation Staff at PT Nojorono Tobacco International, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the consolidation of financial statements. You will work with various financial systems and tools, including SAP, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain fixed asset data in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
• Maintain up-to-date financial documentation and records.
• Support the consolidation of financial statements, including the preparation of consolidation schedules and the analysis of intercompany transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficient in using SAP for financial reporting and consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
