📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, and print.
• Create compelling content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
• Manage and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the product team to develop marketing materials for new product launches.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions.
• Provide strategic input and recommendations to the marketing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on digital marketing.
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
