📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts, using fresh ingredients and high-quality baking equipment.
• Ensure all pastries are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner, ready for service to guests.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure optimal use of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the pastry area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations.
