📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Establish and manage the production facility, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
• Oversee the implementation of advanced production technologies, such as SAP and MES systems, to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve product quality.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and training programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the dental manufacturing industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record in leading and optimizing production facilities.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, TPM) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and MES systems, with experience in implementing and managing these technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with the dental manufacturing industry and its specific challenges and opportunities.
