📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the day-to-day financial transactions, including recording and posting journal entries, invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Process payroll for hotel staff, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of tax documents and filings, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
