📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.,Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies, procedures, and standards.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.,Resolve conflicts and issues that arise within the team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team performance and project progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Familiarity with project management tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
