📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the provision of medical care to patients, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and providing basic medical treatments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and follow-up appointments.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, including assisting in patient consultations, diagnostic tests, and procedures.,Promote a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.,Assist in the management of clinic supplies, including ordering, inventory, and restocking of medical equipment and medications.,Stay informed about the latest developments in medical practices and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance patient care.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge in healthcare support.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols and emergency response procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a background in healthcare or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare support role, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology, procedures, and protocols.,Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.,Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid certification in First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain certification.
