📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts.,Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage sales teams and provide coaching and mentoring.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales initiatives.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote products.,Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and meeting targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
