UOA Hospitality is seeking a Security Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our luxury hospitality and property in Kuta, Bali. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing security operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a secure environment for our guests and staff. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the property and guests.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and address potential security risks.,Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.,Investigate and respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain and update security records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall safety and security of the property.,Provide security training and support to staff as needed.,Monitor and control access to the property to prevent unauthorized entry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in security supervision or a related field.,Knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid security certification or license preferred.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in the hospitality or luxury property industry is a plus.
