PT Bintang Baskoro is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cashier Clinic to join our team. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the clinic's cash flow, ensuring accurate and timely transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process all financial transactions, including payments and refunds, accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the clinic's administrative and medical staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor cash levels and ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required.,Identify and resolve any financial discrepancies or errors in transactions.,Assist in the preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Cashier or similar role in a healthcare or financial setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software, such as accounting or financial management systems.,High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications or degrees are a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to financial transactions and healthcare.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
