📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle all financial transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain and update patient records and financial documents,Process insurance claims and reimbursements,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Collaborate with the healthcare team to resolve any financial issues,Generate and submit reports on a regular basis,Assist in the preparation of budget and financial forecasts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or financial role, preferably in a healthcare setting,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using computer software, particularly accounting and financial software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with insurance claims processing is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
