Oversee the daily operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient running.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff to ensure they meet performance targets.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Manage the company's budget and ensure it is used effectively and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
