📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring high standards of service and productivity,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members,Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans,Monitor team performance metrics and report to management,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle team conflicts and resolve issues effectively

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
