📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor and report sales performance to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with the sales and marketing industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Must be able to speak, read, and write in Indonesian.
