Sehati Zahra Digital is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a hybrid work setting is a plus.
