Sentosa Telecom is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Nusa Dua. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage and coordinate our fleet operations efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company's fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and proper working condition by overseeing regular inspections and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement strategies to reduce costs.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to the fleet operations.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other fleet personnel.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
