📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR events and activities.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
