📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to the company's standards.,Monitor and track vehicle usage and performance to optimize fleet efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet management.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other fleet staff.,Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local regulations is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
