📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist head chefs and sous chefs in preparing meals for our guests
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards, using fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Work closely with our kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Learn and apply various cooking techniques and recipes
• Contribute to the development of our menu and culinary offerings
• Assist in the preparation of food for special events and private functions
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and guest expectations
• Participate in kitchen meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new techniques

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as grills, ovens, and stovetops
