PT Usaha Visi is seeking a talented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Kupang. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and process payroll for employees, including calculating taxes and deductions.,Process and reconcile bank transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.,Prepare and submit financial reports to management and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.,Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
