📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Manage the accounting software and systems to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance regulations.
