In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience,Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop,Stocking and organizing products on the shelves,Processing customer payments and ensuring accurate transactions,Providing product information and recommendations to customers,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner,Assisting with the preparation and packaging of orders for delivery,Participating in inventory management and restocking activities🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult customers,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace,Familiarity with basic inventory management and stock control,Ability to lift and move heavy objects,Fluency in Indonesian language🛠️ Keahlian
