📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and guidance to the management and employees of Avaland Berhad.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and oversee legal matters related to contracts, agreements, and disputes.,Conduct thorough due diligence on business transactions and partnerships.,Advise on employment law matters and ensure compliance with labor regulations.,Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company's interests.,Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.,Stay updated with legal developments and industry trends to provide proactive advice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a legal role, with at least 5 years in a senior executive position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using legal software and databases.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
