Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage inventory and ordering to optimize costs and ensure food availability,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor restaurant performance and make data-driven decisions to improve operations,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices,Familiarity with health and safety regulations,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Computer literacy, including proficiency in office software and point-of-sale systems🛠️ Keahlian
