📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations including staff management, customer service, and sales.
  • Ensure that the branch meets and exceeds customer expectations and contributes to the overall success of NOKIA Cemerlang.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor branch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing at their best.
  • Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branch management.
  • Represent NOKIA Cemerlang at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing branch operations and staff.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with branch management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
