📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, vendor coordination, and venue setup.,Manage a team of banquet staff, assigning tasks and ensuring everyone is on the same page.,Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Ensure that all events are executed according to the company's standards and client requirements.,Handle client inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Maintain accurate records of event details, client feedback, and staff performance.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in banquet and event management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new event concepts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
