📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Developing and implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Managing and mentoring a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborating with other departments to drive organizational success.,Representing the department in meetings and events as required.,Monitoring departmental performance and providing regular reports to senior management.,Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise within the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
