📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages professionally.

Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel's facilities and services.

Manage front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.

Monitor and report any security concerns or incidents.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry is a plus.

Fluent in Indonesian and English is preferred.
