📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training, coaching, and support to help them succeed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and ensure efficient stock management.,Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to implement and improve operational processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Deputy Restaurant Manager or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and storage procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control principles.,Previous experience working in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment is a plus.
