📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail or service-oriented environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and customer service principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
